Our school hosted a vibrant Oktoberfest celebration that immersed students in the rich traditions and culture of Germany. The event was a resounding success, filled with fun and learning.
Students delved into the history and significance of Oktoberfest, gaining a deeper understanding of this beloved German tradition. They learned about the cultural meaning of the festival, the traditional foods and drinks associated with it, and the festive atmosphere that surrounds it with the guidence of their ms.Marina, who helped them learn with a smile, as she does every day.
In addition to learning about the cultural aspects of Oktoberfest, students also participated in a variety of interactive activities. They practiced a traditional German song with choreography, designed festive decorations, and engaged in group games and activities. These hands-on experiences allowed students to connect with the German culture on a personal level and develop their social and teamwork skills.
