Iva Linden
Iva Linden is a passionate and dedicated mathematics teacher with a love for both learning and teaching. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematical Sciences from London Metropolitan University and later earned her Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), allowing her to teach in secondary schools across the UK.
Iva started her teaching career in London, working at Aveley Secondary College and Gaynes School in Upminster. Throughout her career, she became known not only for her deep understanding of mathematics but for her ability to make the subject fun and approachable. Iva believes that math is for everyone, and her teaching style focuses on building communication, teamwork, and independent problem-solving skills, helping students feel more confident and engaged in the subject.
After almost two decades in England, Iva decided to return to her hometown of Opatija, where she now teaches at Adria International School. At Adria, she continues to blend her UK teaching experiences with a passion for supporting her local community. Iva’s classroom is a welcoming space where students from diverse backgrounds can feel supported and inspired to learn.
Outside the classroom, Iva has a variety of hobbies that showcase her adventurous spirit and creative side.
