Ivan Vid Kršul Čakarević
Mr. Ivan Vid is not just a German teacher—he is a storyteller and poet who believes that language truly comes alive through the stories we tell.
With a Master’s degree in German and English Studies, as well as IB certificates for teaching German as a foreign language, Mr. Ivan Vid brings a unique perspective to the classroom: drama pedagogy. He further developed his expertise at the International Summer School in Zagreb, where he explored performative language learning through theatre, combining dramatic techniques with linguistics. This approach makes his lessons dynamic, creative, and memorable.
Before becoming a teacher at our school, Mr. Ivan Vid worked in various student jobs where he communicated daily in German and English with guests from around the world. This experience taught him authentic communication and the practical use of language.
A sociable and creative individual, Mr. Ivan Vid teaches students that language is not just grammar, but a key to telling their own stories.
