- Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding goals and development
- Prepare students for performances, showcases, or assessments when appropriate

- Design learning experiences that incorporate ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse academic needs
- Develop and apply MYP assessment criteria effectively
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress
- Contribute to interdisciplinary units and collaborative planning
- Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry
- Support student wellbeing and foster international-mindedness

- Monitor, assess, and document student progress
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and literacy-rich classroom environment
- Encourage student voice, creativity, and intercultural understanding
