House building project

19/1/2024

In a dynamic and enriching educational endeavor, our PYP students embarked on a project that seamlessly blended creativity, sustainability, and interdisciplinary learning.

Tasked with constructing miniature house from recycled materials, the initiative instilled a profound understanding of environmental responsibility as students repurposed items, cultivating a sense of sustainability. The project served as a playground for problem-solving, encouraging critical thinking and teamwork as students navigated challenges in designing and assembling their unique houses. The initiative also integrated language learning, enabling students to broaden their vocabulary in different languages while fostering cultural awareness.

This collaborative journey celebrated the joy of creating whimsical structures and equipping students with essential life skills, affirming that education goes beyond textbooks, encompassing hands-on experiences and multidisciplinary connections.
