Ksenija Balić

Ksenija Balić is a Librarian and Library Teacher with a strong academic background in Information Science and a passion for the humanities. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Science, with a particular interest in storytelling, knowledge, and the development of critical thinking.

Over the past ten years, Ksenija has lived in Spain and also spent time in Ireland and the Netherlands, where she gained experience working in corporate environments. These international experiences have enriched her perspective and strengthened her appreciation for cultural diversity and lifelong learning.

Ksenija is dedicated to fostering a love of reading and creating a welcoming library environment where students feel curious, safe, and inspired. She is passionate about encouraging exploration, supporting research skills, and helping students discover the joy of books and storytelling.

Outside of school, she enjoys spending time in nature, cycling, photography, and exploring her interest in archaeology, as well as engaging in creative projects, natural cosmetics, cooking, and caring for animals.
