Our team

Laura graduated in Social Pedagogy at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences in Zagreb. For many years she has worked with preschool-age children, making sure on a daily basis that their learning and development processes are optimal. From 2016 to 2023 she was employed in the International school in Sweden, where she worked as a professional associate - social pedagogue. From there she came to Adria International School to the position of PYP Coordinator. In her work she focuses on raising awareness about children’s social and emotional development and learning support for students, as well as providing professional support to educators, teachers and parents.  Having worked in an IB international environment, she has seen how important and advantageous cooperation and openness in the workplace are, all with the aim of ensuring optimal requisites for children’s education. She strongly believes in the importance of prevention, raising awareness about social and emotional development and learning, as well as creating an education environment that fosters the realisation of a child’s full potential, all the while continuously working on advancing her professional knowledge in this area.
