
Martina Grgurić Zorko
Martina Grgurić Zorko brings over ten years of experience working in professional kitchens, built through her work in a variety of hospitality settings in Croatia and abroad.
After completing the School of Commerce and Hospitality in Karlovac, where she trained as a chef, she began her professional journey working in restaurants and pizzerias, including gaining experience in Italy. Over the years, she has developed a broad range of culinary skills, working in restaurants, bistros, and hotels, most recently with Hotels in Opatija.
Throughout her career, she has distinguished herself through responsibility, organization, and consistent adherence to hygiene standards and procedures. She has a particular interest in healthy and balanced nutrition and continuously develops her knowledge in the field of nutritional values and food preparation. In her work, she is characterized by independence, effective time management, and the ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
Beyond her professional role, she is motivated by continuous growth and development in her field, with a special focus on preparing high-quality and nutritious meals.
