Our team

Natalija obtained an MA degree in Early and Preschool Education at the Faculty of Teacher Education in Rijeka. Within our team, she is known as the one who is calm, helpful and open to new challenges and learning. Natalija is dedicated to continuous professional development, creatively integrating newly acquired knowledge into her work, so as to create a stimulating environment for the growth and development of each child. She considers early and preschool education of children to be a process of joint learning through play, where the child and the adult are equal participants. Based on the modern understanding of children and their education, Natalija believes support, smile and love to be the most important factors in children’s education, and this is what she draws inspiration from in her everyday work. As an educator, she combines academic knowledge and practical skills developed through her current working experience, making sure that the requisites for the development of the full range of a child’ abilities are met.
