On the occasion of World Bee Day, PYP 1 and PYP 4 students had the opportunity to learn about the importance of bees to our ecosystem. They were visited by a beekeeper who shared his valuable experiences and knowledge about bees. Through an interesting conversation, the students learned about the problems that bees face today, such as habitat loss and the use of pesticides. After the educational part, the students showed their creativity by making a hotel for bees and various other objects for the classroom.

This activity not only enriched their knowledge about bees but also encouraged them to think about the importance of conserving these key pollinators to maintain biodiversity.
