Lucas Fernandes
Mr. Lucas is someone who brings enthusiasm to the team along with more than a decade of teaching experience. He describes himself as being, above all, deeply committed to fostering intercultural understanding.
He spent three years working as a PYP teacher at Invento International School in Uzbekistan, where he also served as a mentor for the PYP Exhibition. Prior to that, at Positivo International School in Brazil, he worked as a pedagogical advisor and Grade 4 homeroom teacher, supporting teachers in curriculum implementation and leading curriculum development.
Wherever he is, Mr. Lucas remains true to his mission: encouraging students to create without fear and to move through life with empathy. As a proud Brazilian, he places special emphasis on intercultural understanding, inspiring students to become informed and empathetic individuals who contribute to our diverse world.
