Teo Čendak
Teo Čendak is a Physical Education teacher from Rijeka with a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Split. During his studies, he gained practical experience leading sports activities for young children, and since graduating in 2024, he has worked as a substitute teacher in several schools, most recently at OŠ Dr. Andrija Mohorovičić in Matulji.
Teo is committed to promoting the holistic development of students through physical education. He strives to create a positive and inclusive environment where students can build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and adopt healthy, active lifestyles. He is also eager to grow within the IB/PYP framework and its student-centered approach.
Alongside his teaching career, Teo has a strong background in martial arts, having trained in Taekwondo (ITF) and kickboxing (WAKO). As a multiple-time national champion, he represented Croatia at European and World Championships, winning two bronze medals at the European level.

Their task is to ensure optimal conditions for the school’s development and connect it both to the local and global community it is part of. On this path they are constantly learning how to be prepared for future challenges and work effectively with and for people.
