Our MYP students had an inspiring visit to the Astronomical Center Rijeka, a unique place where science, technology, and curiosity come together. As Croatia’s only facility that combines an observatory and a planetarium, it offers an unforgettable journey through space and time.

Inside the planetarium, students explored the night sky, learned about constellations, planets, and distant galaxies, and experienced the universe in a whole new way through immersive projections. The center also plays an important role in promoting astronomy and scientific thinking, making it a true hub for learning and discovery.
