Laura Munaro
As our PYP Coordinator, Laura brings vision, warmth, and steady guidance to our school community, ensuring our mission comes to life every day.
Her educational background reflects a deep commitment to excellence in teaching and leadership. She earned her Master’s degrees in Education and Primary Education from the University of Bologna, alongside formal teaching qualifications, and further refined her expertise by earning a Certificate of Advanced Educational Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Originally from a charming area near Padova, Italy, she has spent nearly two decades working in international learning environments, building a rich foundation of global experience since 2008.
She uses this wealth of knowledge to lead change, guide strategic initiatives, and bring together students, teachers, parents, and boards to foster a vibrant, inclusive school culture. Grounded in the pedagogy of listening and strong relationships, her approach creates a safe, welcoming space where academic growth goes hand in hand with conceptual understanding and essential life skills. She believes learning is a lifelong journey—one that should empower every individual to become a resilient, self-aware, and critical-thinking global citizen.
She does not simply manage an educational environment—she cultivates a compassionate, inquiry-driven community where both students and staff are inspired to reach their full potential.
