
Jovelyn Delos Santos
With 18 years of international teaching and educational leadership experience, Jovelyn is an experienced international educator, IB specialist, and accredited university counsellor dedicated to helping young people recognise their potential and confidently shape their futures.
Her career has taken her across Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Kosovo, where she has worked with students and educators from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. These experiences have shaped her global perspective and deepened her belief that every student has a unique path to success.
Jovelyn has extensive experience with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), including serving as a Diploma Programme Coordinator and DP teacher at international schools. She has led programme implementation, supported teachers and students, coordinated academic and assessment processes, and contributed to the development of successful IB programmes.
As a member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN) and a long-serving IBDP Examiner, she brings specialist expertise in curriculum, assessment, and academic standards. Her experience teaching Cambridge International A Levels further strengthens her understanding of international education.
As a university counsellor, Jovelyn guides students through university selection, admissions strategy, personal statements, and applications. Her approach is warm, student-centred, and academically rigorous, helping young people become confident, independent, and globally minded learners ready to thrive at university and beyond.
