Ana Kinkela

Born in Rijeka in 1984, Ms. Ana has carried with her from an early age that characteristic Rijeka spirit—practicality and a strong work ethic.

While attending the School of Commerce and Textiles, specializing in tailoring, she learned the joy of creating something with her own hands—a skill that has stayed with her throughout her life.

She spent the largest part of her professional journey at Kraš. There, she took on many roles: from a confectioner who started her day surrounded by the scent of chocolate, to a bartender, and later a sales assistant. Over more than fourteen years, she diligently took care of maintaining spaces and cleanliness, consistently showing dedication and attention in everything she does. She continued her career at the Lovran Student Residence, where she worked as a cleaner, and she is now part of our school.

When she takes off her work uniform, her most important role remains: being the mother of a six-year-old boy, who is her greatest pride and sweetest adventure. Hiking, football, fishing, gardening—anything that involves fresh air, greenery, and a bit of effort is her perfect escape.
