Join us every Tuesday from 16:00–17:00 and take time to stretch, breathe, and recharge!

Step into a calm and welcoming space where students explore yoga and mindfulness through playful, relaxing activities that support both body and mind. Each week includes simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindful games, and calming relaxation techniques designed to help students feel balanced and refreshed.

Along the way, students build focus, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while learning helpful strategies to manage stress and stay calm. No experience needed—just come ready to move, relax, and enjoy a peaceful hour together!
