Discover how healthy habits, creativity, and mindfulness support overall well-being! Each week, students explore wellness through meaningful, hands-on activities such as mindful walks in nature, gardening, creative clay work, sensory exploration, and healthy snack-making.
Along the way, students build emotional awareness, mindfulness, self-regulation, and healthy lifestyle habits in fun and engaging ways. Working together, they also take part in collaborative projects like creating a sensory wall that encourages creativity, connection, and calm through interactive experiences.
