Daniel Turak
With extensive professional culinary experience, Daniel brings practical knowledge, dedication, and strong organisational skills to his work.
He began his career as a chef at the Student Centre Rijeka and later earned the qualification of Master Chef. He went on to lead the kitchen of Restaurant Index, managing a large team and overseeing daily food preparation. He later continued his career as Head Chef at Bistro Pravri.
Through his work, he has gained valuable experience in kitchen organisation, teamwork, and managing a busy professional environment. He enjoys sharing his practical knowledge with others and encouraging a responsible and professional approach to work.
