Tina Đulabić

Tina Đulabić is a key member of our team, bringing enthusiasm, innovation, and expertise to working with our youngest learners. Tina graduated in Early and Preschool Education from the University of Rijeka and gained her first professional experience in kindergartens in Kastav and Matulji. During and after her studies, she also worked as a swimming coach, combining two of her greatest passions—working with children and sports.

She particularly stands out for her commitment to continuous professional development and her desire to improve educational practices. Throughout her career, she has attended numerous training programs, including education in sensory integration at the Academy for Developmental Rehabilitation in Zagreb, which has given her deeper insight into understanding children’s development and needs. Tina believes that every educational process is a team effort involving the child, parents, and educators, and that this approach creates a supportive environment for each child’s individual growth.

As part of our team, Tina brings positive energy and dedication to everything she does every day. She sees working with children as an opportunity to shape their future, as well as a source of inspiration for continuous personal and professional growth. Through her committed work and warm approach, she helps create an environment in which every child can reach their full potential.
