Lucilla Micheli Marušić
Lucilla graduated in Visual Arts at the Faculty of Pedagogy in Rijeka, under the tutelage of professor Butković, and Geography at Università di Lettere di Trieste (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Trieste). She teaches Visual Arts in ES “Belvedere” and the Salesian Classical Grammar School in Rijeka. She is a visual artist, having exhibited her work at many individual and group exhibitions in Croatia and abroad. She frequently uses opportunities for continuous professional development, implementing the knowledge she acquires in her work with children. She loves her work and working with children in the area of visual arts. In her work she monitors children’s progress in visual arts from early artistic expression to expected stages of artistic development at particular ages. In Adria Lucilla teaches Visual Arts, encouraging children to develop attitudes, critical thinking and creativity through visual arts, as well as to connect this knowledge with knowledge from other subjects.

Adria is led by a team of experts dedicated to progress of education and care for each student and employee. Their task is to ensure optimal conditions for the school’s development and connect it both to the local and global community it is part of. On this path they are constantly learning how to be prepared for future challenges and work effectively with and for people.
